The OA system was officially launched and put into use on March 15, 2023, and new features are continuously being built. In order to further enhance the familiarity of all employees in operating the OA system, the company held an OA system training course on May 12, 2023, and personnel from various departments attended the learning and exchange.

The company has invited Mr. Luo from Lanling OA to introduce the OA system to everyone. Teacher Luo used a combination of PPT presentation and practical operation to explain the main functional modules such as system introduction, process explanation, and mobile office in detail, and provided answers to practical problems encountered during operation and use through on-site interaction.

The OA system has functions such as information sharing, document circulation, and knowledge management. It is an important measure for companies to achieve office automation, network management, improve office efficiency, and resource sharing.

The process approval mainly includes seven parts: approval, rejection, transfer, communication, abandonment, endorsement, and supplementary endorsement. Teacher Luo explained and explained each part.

Mobile office mainly relies on the "DingTalk" app for implementation. Teacher Luo used attendance approval as an example to demonstrate on-site application and approval operations.

During the training period, personnel from various departments had sufficient communication and interaction on financial process approval, attendance management approval, report generation, and other aspects. Through training and communication, everyone became familiar with the functions of the OA system and fully experienced that the OA office system provides a collaborative and integrated office environment for the company, allowing all office personnel to work together in a unified and personalized information portal, freeing themselves from time and geographical limitations, achieving collaborative work and knowledge management, and providing a solid foundation for the company's continuous progress and building an efficient team.
